(C) The Board shall deal with any surplus assets as follows:

(i) Any surplus assets, save for a trophy or any other presentation, remaining after the dis- charge of the debts and liabilities of the Competition shall be transferred only to another Com- petition or Affiliated Association or The Football Association Benevolent Fund or to such other charitable or benevolent object in the locality of the Competition as determined by resolution at or before the time of winding up, and approved in writing by the Sanctioning Authority. (ii) If a Competition is discontinued for any reason a trophy or any other presentation shall be returned to the donor if the conditions attached to it so provide or, if not, dealt with as the Sanc- tioning Authority may decide.

MATCH RELATED RULES 18. QUALIFICATION OF PLAYERS (A) A Player is one who, being in all other respects eligible, has:

(i) Signed a fully and correctly completed Competition registration form in ink, countersigned by an Officer of the Club, which is submitted to the Competition by noon prior to the Player playing and whose registration has been confirmed by the Competition prior to that Player playing in a Competition Match – Not Applicable in this competition

Or

(ii) signed a fully and correctly completed Competition registration form in ink on a match day prior to playing which is countersigned by an Officer of the Club and witnessed by an Officer of the opposing Club and submitted to the Competition within two days (Sundays excluded) sub- sequent to the Competition Match. The Player shall not play again on a subsequent match day until the Club is in possession of the approval of the Competition. A maximum of 0 Players may be registered in accordance with this paragraph 18(A)(ii); – Not Applicable in this competition or Any registration form which is sent by either of the means set out at Rules 18(A) (i) or (ii) above that is not fully and correctly completed will be returned to the Club unprocessed. If a Club at- tempts to register a player via WGS but does not fully and correctly complete the necessary in- formation via WGS, the registration will not be processed. For Clubs registering Players under Rules 18(A) (i) or (ii), registration forms will be provided in a format to be determined by the Competition. For Clubs registering Players via WGS (under Rule 18 (A) (iii)), Clubs must access WGS in order to complete the registration process. (iii) registered through WGS.

Failure to comply with this Rule will result in a fine in accordance with the Fines Tariff.

Veterans Only : Veterans Division players must be either 35 and over, or 40 and over the day of the match to be eligible to play in the respective over 35 and over 40 divisions. Veteran’s Development teams can complete Player Registration Forms on the day with a limit of 2 per team on any one match day and have 3 days after the match to register with the office. Players ideally should take ID to settle age disputes before kick-off.
