The League Constitution Chairman asked Clubs to accept the circulated Constitution for the 2022/23 Season – unanimously accepted. Chairman asked the clubs to give dispensation to the Board, in respect of the Veterans Divisions and Walking Football Divisions, to determine any issue arising throughout the season, without recourse to an EGM - unanimously accepted
