Minutes of the Annual General Meeting Held: Nene Valley Community Centre, Candy Street, Peterborough PE2 9RE 25 th June 2022 Start: 10.00am End: 10.15pm

Directors and Board members of the League present were D Barfoot (Disciplinary Director/Chair of the League), G Elsom (Development Director), D Stapleton (Chair of the Discipline, Referee & Fixtures Committee), C Howard, P Clarke (Chair of the League Cup Committee), W Newey (League Secretary), D Burgess, C Wilson (President/Finance Director), D Mitcham, R Komisarczyk, P Spridgeon (League Cup Director/Vice Chair), S Cave, and G Phillips (Chair of the Development & Facilities Committee)

The Chairman welcomed everyone to the 2022 AGM and gave a special thanks to our honoured guests and the Peterborough & District Youth Football League Clubs.

The Chairman requested all present to observe a minute ’ s silence in respect of all friends and associates that have passed this season.

The League Secretary convened the Annual General Meeting on the 25 th June 2022 at Nene Valley Community Centre.

Clubs and others intimating apologies were received from P Chappell and R Windle.

All Clubs attended except Blackstones JFC, Brotherhood FC, Bushfield Park, Dreams FC, Eunice Huntingdon FC, Holbeach United FC, ICA Sports FC, Peterborough Athletic FC, Sleaford Town Rangers FC, Stanground Eagles FC, Thorney FC, Whittlesey Junior FC and Wisbech St Mary FC

The minutes of the 2021 Peterborough & District Youth Football League were confirmed as a true and correct record.

The Peterborough & District Youth Football League ’ s Annual Report and Accounts were presented to the meeting and unanimously accepted.

The minutes of the Peterborough & District Football League 2021 AGM were confirmed as a true and correct record.
