Where the Competition is arranged into geographical divisions the Board will determine which Clubs shall progress to the knockout stage of the competition, and Clubs will be informed of the rules that will operate prior to the start of the Competition. For Saturday Competitions, if the Board decide that games are to be played on a Saturday, they will take priority over any scheduled League fixture. In such situations, if a Club has a ground sharing agreement with another Sport or with a Club that takes priority on the ground on a date scheduled for a League Cup game, the tie will be played on the Sunday unless the home Club can secure an alternative suitable ground for the Saturday (suitability to be determined by the Board), or the Clubs agree to play on the Friday evening. If the Club drawn at Home cannot host the initial game on the Saturday / Sunday of the scheduled weekend, the game will be switched to the ground of their opponents if their ground is available. In the case of any dispute, the Fixture Director will de termine the date and venue for the tie to be played. Matches shall be played in accordance with the Laws of the Game. Matches shall be played to a conclusion, if after 90 minutes the scores are level penalty kicks shall be taken, as set out by the Football Association Limited. There is no provision for replays. Matches abandoned through the fault of the clubs shall be dealt with by the League Board as provided for in League Rule 20. Re ports of short teams, late starts, abandoned matches, failure to provide Assistant Referees etc. shall be referred to the League Board, who will determine any action that may be required. Team Colours. Where the colours of the two competing teams are similar, the away team must change. Goalkeep ers must wear colours which distinguish them from other players and the Referee. All shirts must be distinctly numbered on the back. Teams failing to comply will be dealt with by the League Board. Where colours clash in a Final both teams shall provide a second strip as provided for in League Rule 19 Qualification of Players. A player eligible is one who is a bona - fide registered playing member of a Club as provided for in League Rule 18 and in conjunction with League Rule 20. Substitutions.
