fees. Where a Competition Match is not played owing to one Club being in default, that Club shall be ordered to pay the Match Officials, if they attend the Ground, their full fee. Failure to comply with this Rule will result in a fine in accordance with the Fines Tariff. A referee not keeping their engagement and failing to give a satisfactory explanation as to their non - appearance, may be reported to the Affiliated Association with which he or she is registered. Each Club shall, in a manner prescribed from time to time by The FA, award marks to the referee for each Competition Match and the name of the referee and the marks awarded shall be submit ted to the Competition on the prescribed form provided. Clubs failing to comply with this Rule shall be liable to be fined (in accordance with the Fines Tariff) or dealt with as the Board shall de termine. The Competition shall keep a record of the markings and, on the form provided by the prescribed date each Season, shall submit a summary to the Sanctioning Authority The referee shall submit a report form, supplied by the Competition, giving the result of the Com petition Match, the number of Players in each Team and the time of kick - off to the (Registration) Secretary within two days of the Competition Match. Match Officials shall be able to download, each season, a copy of the Competition Rules free of charge. Match Officials shall comply with the provisions of any initiatives of The FA and/or Sanctioning Au thority adopted by the Competition. Referees and Assistants appointed to matches must report to the ground at least 30 minutes be fore the kick - off. Referees must notify acceptance or rejection of each appointment within 7 days of receipt to the Referees Director, otherwise another appointment will be made. No Referee shall be appointed by the League as Referee of any match in which their Club is con cerned. Saturday Clubs shall provide separate dressing room accommodation for Referees. Referees with 20 years ’ service to the League to be recognised and receive a suitable memento from the League.
