has been dealt with by the Sanctioning Authority, and then only in cases of the Player bringing the Competition into disrepute and will in any event be subject to an appeal to the Sanctioning Au thority or The FA. All decisions must include the period of restriction. For the purpose of this Rule, bringing the Competition into disrepute can only be considered where the Player has received in excess of 112 days ’ suspension, or 10 matches in match - based discipline, in any competition (and is not restricted to the Competition) in a period of two years or less from the date of the first offence.) Subject to compliance with FA Rule C when a Club wishes to register a player who is already registered with another club it shall submit a transfer notification to the Competition via the Player Registration System. A fee as set out in the Fees Tariff will be required. Such transfer shall be re ferred by the Competition to the club for which the player is registered. Should this club object to the transfer it should state its objections in writing to the Competition and to the player concerned within 3 days of receipt of the notification. Upon receipt of the club ’ s consent, or upon its failure to give written objection within 3 days, the Secretary may, on behalf of the Board, transfer the player who shall be deemed eligible to play for the new Club from such date. In the event of an objection to a transfer the matter shall be referred to the Board for a decision. NOTE During the current season, any Club wishing to approach a Player known to be registered with or having played for any other Club must give to the secretary of each such Club, seven days ’ formal written notice of the intention to approach the Player. Formal written notice of approach need be given by (A) a Saturday Club only to all Saturday Clubs; (B) a Sunday Club only to all Sunday Clubs; and (C) a midweek Club only to all midweek Clubs; The written notice must be sent by email to the Secretary of the Club that the player is currently registered to, and the League Office must be copied into the correspondence on wendy.newey@peterboroughfootball.co.uk Following the date of posting of the written notice of approach, or receipt of an acknowledgment the Player may be registered on or after the eighth day and the Player must have been registered on or before the 21st day. The approaching Club may not approach the same Player a second time in the same playing season; may approach only one (1) Player at a Club at any time and may not approach another Player at the same Club within 28 days of an earlier notice of approach or ac knowledgment.

If an approach is made by a Player to another Club during the current season, that Club shall give the Club (s), for which the Player is known to be registered or has played, seven days ’ notice of ap proach.

Tip: Always ensure that you receive a read receipt / acknowledgement from the player's current club secretary before you make any contact with the player.

Any club wishing to make a protest of illegal approach can do so by contacting their local County FA in writing within 14 days of the alleged illegal approach, together with any evidence.

All Transfer forms must be with League Office by 12:00 noon on the Friday prior to the Player play ing, and must have been confirmed by the Competition by appearing in the Clubs player list on the fulltime system prior to that Player playing in a Competition Match

A Player may not be registered for a Club nor transferred to another Club in the Competition after 31 st March except by special permission of the Board. Registrations are valid for one Playing Season only. A Saturday Player shall not be eligible to play for a Team in any special championship, play - off, pro-
