All Clubs must have valid personal accident cover for all Players registered with them from time to time. The Players ’ personal accident insurance cover must be in place prior to the Club taking part in any Competition Match and shall be at least equal to the minimum recommended cover deter mined from time to time by the Sanctioning Authority. In instances where The FA is the Sanctioning Authority, the minimum recommended cover will be the cover required by the Affiliated Associa tion to which a Club affiliates. Failure to comply with Rule 16(A) or 16(B) will result in a fine in accordance with the Fines Tariff. DISSOLUTION Dissolution of the Competition shall be by resolution approved at an SGM by a majority of three quarters (3/4) of the members present and shall take effect from the date of the relevant SGM. In the event of the dissolution of the Competition, the members of the Board are responsible for the winding up of the assets and liabilities of the Competition. The Board shall deal with any surplus assets as follows: Any surplus assets, save for a trophy or any other presentation, remaining after the discharge of the debts and liabilities of the Competition shall be transferred only to another Competition or Affiliat ed Association or The Football Association Benevolent Fund or to such other charitable or benevo lent object in the locality of the Competition as determined by resolution at or before the time of winding up, and approved in writing by the Sanctioning Authority. If a Competition is discontinued for any reason a trophy or any other presentation shall be returned to the donor if the conditions attached to it so provide or, if not, dealt with as the Sanctioning Au thority may decide. Registered through the Player Registration System and received approval from the Competition. Registrations must be submitted to the Competition by 12:00 noon on the Friday prior to the Player playing, and must have been confirmed by the Competition by appearing in the Clubs player list on the fulltime system prior to that Player playing in a Competition Match If a Club attempts to register a player via the Player Registration System but does not fully and cor rectly complete the necessary information via the Player Registration System, the registration will not be processed. For Clubs registering Players by the Player Registration System, Clubs must access the Player Reg istration System in order to complete the registration process. Failure to comply with this Rule will result in a fine in accordance with the Fines Tariff. Veterans Only: Veterans Division players must be either 35 and over, or 40 and over the day of the match to be eligible to play in the respective over 35 and over 40 divisions. Veteran ’ s Development teams can complete Player Registration Forms on the day with a limit of 2 per team on any one match day and have 3 days after the match to register with the office. Players ideally should take ID to settle age disputes before kick - off. Where a Club has a reserve veterans ’ side, a maximum of three players can drop down from the Veterans First team to their reserve teams once they have played for their first team. Walking Football Only: Walking Football players must be 50 (male) and 35(woman) and over the day of the match to be eligible to play in the Walking Football Divisions.
