Corporate bench kit supplied to each Member Club must also be worn by the players and staff in warm - ups and warm - downs, and where possible in media interviews on match days. Failure to wear the bench kit will result in a fine. Sin Bins Sin Bins will only be used for dissent by word or action and will only apply to players on the field of play. A player cannot be substituted whilst in the Sin Bin. Abandonments If a match is abandoned for any reason the home club must immediately notify Roger Walker. If a match is abandoned before half - time the home team must issue a voucher to each spectator valid for free admission for when the match is replayed. In the event of a Match Postponement/Abandonment, the referee is required to complete a UCL Referee Postponement/Abandonment Google Form. Match Management: There follows a list of tasks that need to be completed at each match. The fees for season 2022 - 23 are: Premier Division / Division 1 Referee £60 Assistant £45 Reserve Division Referee £45 Complimentary Ground Passes Each Club is issued with 10 ground passes: Two Executive Complimentary Passes (ORANGE) Admit to ground and stand of all UCL Clubs, for use in League and League Knock Out Cup matches, excluding finals. Eight Standard Complimentary Passes (GREEN) Admit to ground and stand of all UCL Clubs, for use only where their own team are playing in League and League Knock Out Cup matches, excluding finals. Executive Complimentary Passes are also issued to League Board Members, Assessors, League Sponsors and League associates these can be used to gain free entrance to any League and League Knock Out Cup matches.
