Substitutions. As provided for in League Rule 20 For Sunday Competitions, if the Board decide that games are to be played on a Sunday, they will take priority over any scheduled League fixture. In such situations, if a Club has a ground sharing agreement with another Sport or with a Club that takes priority on the ground on a date scheduled for a League Cup game, the tie will be played on the Saturday unless the home Club can secure an alternative suitable ground for the Sunday (suitability to be determined by the Board), or the Clubs agree to play on the Friday evening. If the Club drawn at Home cannot host the initial game on the Saturday / Sunday of the scheduled weekend, the game will be switched to the ground of their opponents if their ground is available. In the case of any dispute, the Fixture Director will determine the date and venue for the tie to be played. Matches shall be played in accordance with the Laws of the Game. Matches shall be played to a conclusion, if after 90 minutes the scores are level penalty kicks shall be taken, as set out by the Football Association Limited. There is no provision for replays. Matches abandoned through the fault of the clubs shall be dealt with by the League Board as provided for in League Rule 10. Team Colours. Where the colours of the two competing teams are similar, the away team must change. Goalkeepers must wear colours which distinguish them from other players and the Referee. Where colours clash in a Final both teams shall provide a second strip as provided for in League Rule 19 11. Qualification of Players. A player eligible is one who is a bona - fide registered playing member of a Club as provided for in League Rule 18 In any competition, a player shall not play for more than one competing team in the same KO competition during the same season. A player may not return to a lower competition having played in a more senior competition. A Saturday team shall not include more than 3 players who have taken part in any Step 6 or more senior competition matches during the current season unless a period of 14 days has elapsed since they played. Except by prior permission of the Board, a Saturday team may have a maximum of 2 players only, who have played more than 15 PDFL competition matches for a first team or highest team in membership of the League, in that season. Except by prior permission of the Board, a Sunday team may have a maximum of 2 players only, who have played more than 10 PDFL competition matches for a first team or highest team in membership of the League, in that season. Semi - final and Final: No player shall be allowed to play in a semi - final or final unless he has played a league game or in an earlier round for that team or unless special permission is granted by the League Board. NOTE: If a player transfers away from that team/Club then his previous record becomes invalid. Should he return to the Club he must participate in another League game or earlier round before competing in any semi - final or final. Postponed, Drawn and Abandoned matches: In cases of postponed, drawn, abandoned or replayed matches only those players shall be allowed to play who are eligible on the date originally fixed for the tie to be played, except a player who has been suspended who may play following the expiry of any suspension. Any Club contravening this Rule will be struck out of the competition and may be fined in accordance with the Fines Tarff. Where a team is removed from the completion the opposing team shall be awarded a walkover.
